About The Position

ZOLL Medical Corporation’s Cardiac Management Solutions division is seeking Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) as independent contractors to train patients in the use and care of the LifeVest wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The LifeVest is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest and provides protection as their condition changes. This role is suited to health professionals with patient-care and teaching experience who want to supplement their income. Patients are typically in the hospital awaiting discharge. PSRs set up the equipment, train patients and caregivers, and follow up as needed to support understanding and satisfaction. Assignments may take place at patients’ homes or healthcare facilities. PSRs may accept or decline assignments according to their schedules, with many services arranged during personal free time. Assignments may include daytime, evening, and weekend work.
