Old Bridge Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The Patient Service Representative will support staff and patients by answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plans and financial arrangements. The position requires flexibility in handling various tasks and projects assigned by staff or the Office Manager. Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience answering telephone

Responsibilities
- Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to policies
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Appointment Book
- Confirming Appointments
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
- Register Patients on sign in sheet
- Post charges and payments to patient accounts
- Checking voicemail on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
