This is a PRN (as needed) position in the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department, specifically within the Rev Cycle Strategic Support Team for Southeast. The role will primarily assist in National Service Line offices, with a schedule generally Monday-Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The position requires willingness to travel to different office locations. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for registering or pre-registering patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorizations, coordinating with patients and scheduling departments for rescheduling procedures, requesting upfront payments, and updating schedules for changes.
