About The Position

Their Home Care program provides visitation services for patients unable to leave their homes due to a medical condition, supporting their care while medically necessary. A Nurse Practitioner is available for hospital discharges or ongoing visits, collaborating with primary care, specialists, and patient care teams to meet specific needs, allowing patients to remain at home while receiving essential healthcare.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and providing general information.
- Check-in and check-out for all patients.
- Communicating with internal and external customers.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Entering and tracking referrals.
- Filing.
- Scanning and indexing documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
