The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will provide efficient, effective, quality customer service and practice support through a variety of general office duties including scheduling, coding, registration, and billing. The role aims to maximize revenues by collecting payment at the time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information into the patient accounting system. The PSR will also assist clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records. This position is part of the ambulatory care team and supports providers, connects with patients, and ensures a seamless, compassionate experience.
