About The Position

Grove Dental Associates is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their expanding Patient Service Center. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Initially, training will be conducted Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Downers Grove location for approximately 3-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of training and meeting work-from-home criteria, the position will transition to a remote role. Candidates must reside in Illinois and have high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace to work remotely.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
• A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance.
• Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.
• Must live in Illinois
• Must have high speed internet and a quiet private workspace to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
• Create patient charts on the computer
• Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
