The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, answering telephones, registering patients, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and providing patients with necessary information regarding their visits and test preparations. This role also involves updating patient information, identifying and resolving registration issues, monitoring patient flow, assisting patients with various needs, and performing visit closure tasks such as scheduling follow-up appointments and providing visit summaries. The PSR may also be responsible for filing, retrieving, and delivering patient information and completing required documentation.
