As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you'll be one of the first people patients interact with and play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Requirements
- Previous dental, medical, or healthcare front office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary patient information
- Collect co-pays, payments, and update patient accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff
- Assist with appointment reminders and recall efforts
- Support office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every patient
