Join a brand-new dental office located within a large, integrated healthcare center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof. As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you'll be one of the first people patients interact with and play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Requirements

  • Previous dental, medical, or healthcare front office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary patient information
  • Collect co-pays, payments, and update patient accounts
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff
  • Assist with appointment reminders and recall efforts
  • Support office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every patient
