About The Position

Touchstone Medical Imaging, a Lumexa Imaging partner, is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at our Uptown imaging center in Denver. Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high patient volume

Nice To Haves

• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for imaging exams and procedures
• Check patients in and out
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Communicate billing information as needed
• Process patient records and filing
