Additionally, they must maintain knowledge of payer requirements, guidelines, and policies, and proactively communicate customer service issues and process improvement opportunities to management. The role requires meeting productivity requirements and maintaining an accuracy rate of 98% or higher, while fostering positive public relations with patients, families, and staff.
