Our sleep medicine specialist is one of the very few physicians in New England who specializes in pediatric sleep medicine. Our team works to develop a treatment plan that will help our patients sleep better and feel their best!
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Answering all incoming telephone calls
- Providing general information
- Check-in and check-out for all patients
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Entering and tracking referrals
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
- Scan and index documentation
