About The Position

In this role, the Patient Service Representative will be responsible for greeting patients, answering telephone calls and providing general information, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, entering and tracking referrals, and scanning and indexing documentation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
  • Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork
