Assists Patients, Lead Patient Service Representative, and the Health Center Management (HCM) team in the performance of a broad range of administrative duties. This role involves both medical and dental administrative tasks, and may include additional duties if assigned to SEABHS or Mobile Medical Units. The position requires interaction with patients, verification of insurance, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Some travel and weekend work may be required.
