About The Position

Clean2TheKore is hiring a Patient Service Representative at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role provides mealtime service to patients by collecting their food choices, preparing meal trays, and delivering meals. The representative is expected to provide customer service using AIDET, follow HACCP food safety rules, and use Computrition to enter and track patient orders.

The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with rotating weekends; some shifts may run until 8:30 p.m. A background check and drug screen are required before starting, along with hospital onboarding that includes a flu shot or declination. Pay is $16 per hour.

Requirements

• Food Handler or ServSafe certificate, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and sometimes stay until 8:30 p.m.
• Complete a background check and drug screen before starting.
• Complete hospital onboarding, including a flu shot or declination.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of food service experience preferred.
