The position requires maintaining strict confidentiality, providing courteous and helpful patient interactions, and managing patient check-ins, including verifying and updating demographic and insurance information. The representative will also collect payments, enter charges, register new patients, answer and screen telephone calls, and maintain a neat and orderly work area. This role involves advising the Practice Manager of front office issues and assisting in problem-solving, attending educational and staff meetings, and balancing daily charges and receipts. Adherence to established policies, procedures, and OSHA Regulations is crucial, as is the ability to foster a team approach and support clinic efficiency and cohesion.
