About The Position

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures that the patient experience is positive and seamless by managing front desk operations and workflows.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of applicable medical office experience.
  • Must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Patient Service Reps who are moving to Advanced title on the career ladder must complete both Patient Service Rep and Advanced PR competencies prior to being promoted.

Responsibilities

  • Managing front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience.
