The Patient Service Representative I (bilingual required) is responsible for answering telephones, scheduling appointments, obtaining patient information, preparing charts for examination, and collecting and securing payments at patient check-out. This role also provides back-up and overflow coverage for the Front Office Telephone Operator(s). The position supports Variety Care’s commitment to providing safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care, and aims to achieve the goals of the “Triple Aim” of healthcare reform. The ideal candidate embodies strength of character, is an open and honest communicator with high moral and ethical conduct, integrity, adaptability, and sound judgment.
