They may also schedule appointments and provide detailed information about test preparations and facility procedures. A key aspect of the role is creating a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service, greeting patients, answering phones, and offering assistance with transportation, directions, and interpreter services. The representative will also monitor and work assigned electronic health record work queues.
