This role involves managing incoming calls, submitting staffing schedules, reviewing reports, and implementing established procedures. The coordinator also assists with training new employees, ensures daily deposits are accurate, and completes employee performance evaluations. Additionally, they organize and conduct staff meetings, provide positive customer service, and foster teamwork. Other duties may be assigned.
