Position: Patient Service Coordinator with the Hillman Cancer Center at UPMC Northwest Hospital Schedule: Monday through Friday, daylight hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm No evenings, weekends, or holidays are required! The Patient Service Coordinator is an advanced Medical Assistant type role. This position will be utilized in a dual capacity; at times the staff member will be asked to function as a Medical Assistant, rooming and triaging patients, stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, etc. At other times, this staff member will be asked to function in the business office where they will answer phones, schedule patients, check in and check out patients, and other duties as assigned.
