About The Position
Sentara Dedicated Care Center - Internal Medicine - Concierge Practice is now hiring a full-time Patient Service Coordinator in Norfolk, VA! This unique practice is Sentara’s only internal medicine concierge practice, allowing for more dedicated patient time due to smaller panel sizes. The role offers weekday office hours (no weekends), potential for monthly incentives, and a personal office for each staff member. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will build relationships with patients, physicians, and co-workers by providing "world class" service and acting as the first point of contact/ambassador for concierge patients. You will utilize sales skills to retain patients, maintain superior patient-provider relationships with high-quality care coordination, and ensure patient needs and expectations are met and exceeded. This role involves continuously working to improve quality, efficiency, and service, with a focus on balancing health-related and financial conversations to keep copays and membership fees up to date. Exceptional teamwork is a key aspect of this role, with everyone collaborating to ensure the best care for patients.
Requirements

Responsibilities
