The Patient Service Coordinator is responsible for supervising all Front Office employees, ensuring accurate patient registration and discharge, monitoring waiting room times, collecting patient payments, and handling incoming calls. This role also involves managing staffing schedules, reviewing reports, implementing procedures, training new employees, and ensuring daily deposits are accurate. Additionally, the coordinator will conduct employee performance evaluations, organize staff meetings, provide excellent customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Other duties may be assigned as directed.
