TEKsystems is looking to hire several Call Center Agents for a large hospital in Indianapolis. The role is 6 weeks onsite for training and then transitions to fully remote. This position involves handling over 60 incoming calls daily, where you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, adhering to all case scheduling policies, and communicating essential information for each appointment. Additionally, you will be accountable for auditing and completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner, working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality. Effective and efficient communication with patients, peers, and superiors is crucial on a daily basis.
