Managing all Cardiac intake rescheduling and cancellation requests originating from other departments. Calling every patient who drops from the queue between Sales and Scheduling. Following up with all Orthopedic patients who have not yet started therapy and ensuring they are handled or routed appropriately. Serving as the primary point of contact on iOMs for the entire organization on behalf of the Patient Scheduling Department. This position might evolve in a more Assistant Manager position based on performances.
