The Outpatient Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling outpatient radiology and imaging services while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient patient access. This position serves as a liaison between patients, provider offices, registration staff, and imaging departments to facilitate accurate scheduling, timely communication, and proper exam preparation. Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Customer service for Grace Clinic A16.
• 1 year of medical scheduling/receptionist experience.
