About The Position

The Patient Satisfaction Survey Administrator will work with Esperanza Health Center under a 6 to 7-week contract for Summer/Fall 2026, exact dates yet to be determined. As the administrator, you will administer an approximately 30-question survey to patients in waiting rooms at all of Esperanza’s sites to assess patients’ experience and perception of Esperanza Health Center’s medical services, in an effort to improve access to care and quality of care.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish – required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to share faith in Christ

Responsibilities

  • Distribute and collect paper surveys in the waiting rooms. Our target is to collect at least ten surveys for each clinician who has a patient panel and a total of about 400 surveys. The number of surveys at each site should be roughly proportional to the number of clinical hubs at that site.
  • Assist patients in completing the survey by answering questions, explaining any confusing language, and, when necessary, reading survey questions to a patient and recording their answers.
  • Develop a system for keeping track of survey progress by a clinician and by site, and utilize the schedule to plan which site and times to work in order to reach the goal of ten surveys per clinician.
  • Enter survey data into EpiInfo, either on an ongoing basis or after the surveys are completed.
  • Transfer tabulated data into an Excel spreadsheet and update graphs.
  • Analyze data, observe trends, and refine survey administration processes for future years.
