About The Position
Sentara Health is hiring a Patient Safety Accreditation Coordinator. This position will be located at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to support ongoing compliance with accreditation /regulatory standards. Also, will be responsible for leading hospital patient safety program and for regulatory/accreditation internal audit program.
Requirements
- Bachelors Level Degree
- Previous experience in regulatory/accreditation or patient safety required.
