About The Position

As a Patient Representative in our practice, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient. You’ll often be the first touchpoint for families, coordinating care, and ensuring each visit feels seamless. If you love building relationships, working in a team-oriented environment, and making a difference in children’s lives, we’d love to meet you! This is a part-time position with a schedule of 28 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Ability to multitask
• Must be detail oriented
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• General computer knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Office based work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules appointments and verifies patient information.
• Completes check-in, check-out and end of day processing.
• Enters charges; collects and posts payments.
• Collects patient balances.
• Copies medical records.
• Scans incoming patient records/reports.
• Completes end of day process.
• Processes medical records requests.
• Demonstrates and supports PediaTrust Core Values.
• Performs digital health workflows and initiatives.
• Performs complete referral authorizations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
