As a Patient Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Medical Office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties.
- Ensures that all necessary patient demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy.
- Verifies insurance benefits and obtains precertification/authorization as necessary.
- Determines and accepts required payments, including co-pays and deductibles.
