About The Position
Sentara Medical Group East Market St. Health Center is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Harrisonburg, VA area! Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, dayshift. As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- Customer service experience preferred
