Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is looking for a friendly, dependable PRN Front Desk / Patient Representative to support our quaint St. Joseph clinic. This role plays a key part in keeping our clinic running smoothly while ensuring patients feel supported throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent worker who also thrives on a team
- Willingness to float to other DIC clinics occasionally
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting and registering patients
- Verifying insurance information
- Reviewing daily schedules and confirming appointments
- Collecting patient payments
- Providing patient cost estimates
- Coordinating with clinical staff to support patient flow
