About The Position

This role involves managing inbound calls for the Referral line, utilizing knowledge of the patient database and billing system, and understanding the company's products and services to assist callers. The specialist will also be responsible for collecting data for referral sources and directing them to the appropriate sales contact.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with CRMS software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Solid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callers
  • Knowledge of current patient database and billing system

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Skilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring deadlines are met
