About The Position
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for fostering a positive and supportive environment for patients. The position is 100% FTE, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in health care or related field. Required
