About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, warm, and approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
Commitment to ongoing training, continuing education, and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
Ability to sit, squat, bend, and twist frequently.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service support to patients.
Schedule appointments.
Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Perform scanning and filing tasks.
Collect payments from patients.
Maintain a clean and professional workspace, including the waiting area.
Respond to patient phone calls.
Confirm scheduled appointments.
Assist with charting.
Confirm patient insurance information.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience.
