Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to travel to other ORA locations as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience in a medical office setting

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of the office
  • Welcoming and engaging patients
  • Ensuring patients are accurately checked in and checked out
  • Verifying patient account and insurance information
  • Collecting payments
  • Assisting patients in completing paperwork
  • Providing high-level care
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations
