The Patient Registration Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations specific to their unit. The Supervisor oversees and directs work team’s production and performance to insure proper utilization and effectiveness of assigned personnel. They are responsible for defining and delegating team member responsibilities to appropriate personnel to ensure a smooth, accurate workflow. The Supervisor works in tandem with the other department Supervisors to manage the daily production of the Patient Access team and assists in managing the overall operations of the department. This is a full-time position. Employees are required to work during business hours from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Based on business needs, employees may also be required to work outside of these hours and on weekends. We offer 6-8 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be 8:00 am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
