Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering availability and appropriate scheduling guidelines.
  • Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Collect co-payments for services rendered, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Maintain patient records and information accurately in the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional customer service.
