About The Position
The position is responsible for all PSC (Patient Service Center) front and back office duties. This function includes and is not limited to; Customer service, Sunquest and Eclypsis data entry, Medical Necessity, Insurance billing codes, problem resolution, following HIPPA regulations ordering office supplies and helping with processing at the PSC.
Requirements
- Valid class C California Driver's License
- Verification of acceptable driving record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles
- Interpersonal skills that reflect positive attitude and sense of commitment to patients, colleagues and community
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Communication skills that reflect a positive attitude and a sense of commitment to our patients, work associates and community
- Critical thinking skills to exercise good judgment in communications and in assisting with problem
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
