As a Patient Registrar, you’ll be the welcoming face of our organization—assisting patients with scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and their families, all while supporting our mission to put patients first. Patient Registrar – Patient Access | Full-Time, Nights 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Alternating weekends and some holidays In this vital role, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients during scheduling, registration, and admissions. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-certifications and authorizations. Screen for medical necessity and ensure accurate documentation to support billing and reimbursement. Provide clear communication and support to patients and families throughout their visit. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to uphold our high standards of care and service.
