About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Patient Referral Specialist for its Huntsville clinic. The position helps patients access specialized care by coordinating referral appointments with hospitals and specialty clinics. The specialist works closely with providers and clinic staff to support seamless, high-quality care.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.; Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral appointments with hospitals and specialty clinics.
• Work closely with providers and clinic staff to help patients access specialized care.
