Performs patient scheduling, insurance verification, and collection duties accurately, efficiently, and professionally to ensure database integrity. Demonstrates professionalism within communication and interactions with patients and staff. Demonstrates sensitivity to confidential matters, is familiar with medical terminology, and has the ability to problem-solve.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree in Business or Health related field
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding
  • 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience
  • 1 to 2 years Customer service experience
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Certification of Patient Accounts
