About The Position

Properly identifies patient to ensure patient safety. Registers patient accurately to ensure data integrity and facilitate claims process and laboratory testing. Maintains quality control data to ensure prompt follow up on specimen testing issues. Professionally responds to client questions and concerns, while striving for a standard of excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Business or Health related field.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding preferred.
• 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
• 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute preferred.
