About The Position
Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service. Hours: Monday- Friday, rotating shift between 8am-5:30pm EST
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 1 years related customer service experience within a healthcare environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
- Prior specialty healthcare experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist.
- Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision.
- Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
