About The Position
This role involves providing observation and surveillance of assigned patients using video monitors and a 2-way audio device. The Patient Monitor will communicate with and instruct patients, notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition or safety risks, and complete documentation of patient activities, behaviors, and safety/comfort issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients.

- Complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.
