About The Position

As a Patient Liaison at our Moundview location, you will be the welcoming face and steady support for patients throughout their healthcare journey, making every interaction count. You will deliver LOVE + MEDICINE by creating exceptional first and last impressions for every patient. This role involves providing top-tier customer service through phone, in-person, and digital interactions, and collaborating with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
