This position involves scheduling procedures, verifying and inputting patient demographic and insurance/financial information, and creating new patient medical records to facilitate effective patient care delivery. The role also serves as a liaison to various stakeholders including referring physician offices, other outreach hospitals, patients, and patient family members, providing a single point of contact. The Patient Information Representative will also greet and prepare patients for physician consults.
