About The Position

This position is responsible for greeting and assisting all patients, visitors, associates, volunteers, and physicians, distributing visitor passes, maintaining logs, monitoring vendor badges, providing information, and maintaining a friendly, clean environment in the lobby area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting all patients, visitors, associates, volunteers, and physicians.
- Distributing visitor passes and maintaining an accurate log.
- Monitoring distribution and collection of vendor badges.
- Providing information regarding physicians and patients when possible.
- Maintaining a friendly, clean environment in the lobby area.
