Your future role at a glance: Location: Pensacola, FL. Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital. Department: Patient Logistics. Schedule: Rotating| Full-time | 3 shifts per week | 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am, alternating weekends.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assign and prioritize patient beds based on clinical need and unit capacity to ensure optimal patient placement and flow.
• Partner with nursing leadership and environmental services to proactively prioritize cleaning workflows, minimizing patient wait times.
• Consult with nursing and provider teams to facilitate the smooth placement and transfer of all patients.
• Diligently maintain patient documentation and department logs, executing placement orders with precision.
