Patient Financial Services Specialist
About The Position
This is a hybrid position located at 2550 Charles St. The work schedule is 80% FTE, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- No minimum education required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field.
- 2 years experience in the healthcare or related field with emphasis on collection and or insurance processes.
- Experience with customer service, insurance, finance, or medical office.
- Epic experience.
- UW Health Revenue Cycle experience.
