Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of progressive in-depth related governmental reimbursement experience.
• Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Healthcare Accounts Receivables and Patient Access.
• Experience with innovative methodology for capturing and identifying metrics of key performance indicators and knowledge of conducting patient account audits.
• Demonstrate ability to focus on detail, multi-task and adapt to changing work priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Use Microsoft Office in performance of duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing, researching, compiling data and providing results, variances and trends of Medicare, Medicaid and other payors which would promote positive process improvements within the department.
